Personal data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), as applicable. Where personal data is transferred between jurisdictions or outside the UK/EEA, such transfers are carried out subject to appropriate legal safeguards in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. Some of your personal data stored in the JustGo Platform is made available to our national governing bodies (KnhÉ and IMAC) via this platform (see Disclosing Your Information).
